Withdrawal Policy

This Withdrawal Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and describes how withdrawals from the JOKR application (the "Service") work. The English version prevails over any translation.

Operator entity details will be published here upon completion of licensing.

1. Minimum amount

1.1. The minimum withdrawal is $1. The exact minimum varies by currency and network and is displayed on the withdrawal screen before you confirm.

1.2. For the JOKR token, the minimum withdrawal is 10 JOKR, as shown in the app.

2. Processing time

2.1. Most withdrawals are processed automatically within a few minutes of confirmation.

2.2. Some withdrawals — in particular the first large withdrawals from a recent account — are subject to a manual review. A review is normally concluded within 24 hours. Your funds remain in your account during the review.

3. Verification

3.1. No KYC — identity checks only in case of suspected fraud. No documents are requested as a routine matter.

3.2. We reserve the right to verify your identity (and, where relevant, your age, address or source of funds) in case of suspected fraud, as described in the AML/KYC Policy. A withdrawal may be held until such verification is completed.

4. One account, your own addresses

4.1. One account per person. Withdrawals from an account are paid only to withdrawal addresses that belong to you, linked to that account.

4.2. One active withdrawal address per network. You can change the active address in the app; a withdrawal is always sent to the address active at the moment it is confirmed.

5. Maximum amount

5.1. There is no maximum per withdrawal.

5.2. Large amounts may be paid in several transfers; the app shows each transfer as it is sent.

6. Fees

6.1. We charge no withdrawal fees. Network fees are borne by us.

7. Withdrawal during an active bonus

7.1. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels the remaining bonus and its wagering requirement (see Section 5 of the Terms of Service). The 1× deposit playthrough must be completed before withdrawal in all cases.

8. Withdrawal channels

8.1. Withdrawals are available in GRAM, USDT, USDC, SOL, ETH, BNB, TRX (crypto-assets, on the networks listed in the app) and in the JOKR token. Deposits are accepted in GRAM (TON), USDT (TON/BSC), Telegram Stars (Telegram app); no other deposit method is offered.

8.2. Telegram Stars are not a withdrawal channel. Stars-denominated balances can only be used in the app or converted where the app offers an explicit conversion.
