Book of Shadows
Nolimit CityDescription
Five reels and three rows form the base grid of Book of Shadows, a Nolimit City slot with high volatility and a maximum win of 30338 times the bet. Its Shadow Rows expansion and a Golden expanding symbol in the free spins set it apart.
How to play
The base grid has 5 reels and 3 rows, and a round begins once the stake is chosen and the reels are set in motion. Before or after a spin, the grid can be enlarged with Shadow Rows to five-by-four or five-by-five, each extra row adding to the cost. After a spin, Lucky Locks can freeze selected columns so only the remaining reels respin. Any win can be risked in the gamble, or the bonus can be bought directly. For background on grid layouts, see paylines and ways.
Theme and symbols
The setting is gothic horror, with a dark occult mood and an eerie forest. The symbols include the book, the Golden symbol, pentagrams and other scary items.
Features
Features of the game:
- Shadow Rows: extra rows and win lines can be added for an additional cost, growing the grid up to five-by-four or five-by-five for more frequent wins and bigger payouts.
- Lucky Locks: chosen columns are frozen after a spin and the other reels respin for a calculated cost.
- Wild book: the book icon substitutes for regular symbols and also acts as a scatter.
- Free spins: three or more book scatters trigger 10 free spins with a Golden expanding symbol that covers its whole reel when additional wins can be rewarded. One redraw is allowed if the first selection is unwanted.
