Withdrawing crypto from your JOKR balance

Cashing out at JOKR Casino is a short process: pick an asset, paste an address, confirm. This guide explains the supported options, the minimums, how to avoid address mistakes and what to expect on timing and fees. The binding text is the Withdrawal Policy; this page is a plain-English summary. JOKR is for adults only (18+).

Supported withdrawal rails

You can withdraw in TON, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, TRX, LTC, DOGE, XRP, NOT, XLM, ADA, BCH, ETC, AVAX, POL, ARB, NEAR, ATOM, SUI, DAI, SHIB, LINK, HYPE, and also in the JOKR token. Deposits use different rails (TON, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, TRX, LTC, DOGE, XRP, NOT, XLM, ADA, BCH, ETC, AVAX, POL, ARB, NEAR, ATOM, SUI, DAI, SHIB, LINK, HYPE), so the asset you paid in is not always the asset you withdraw in. Telegram Stars are a deposit method only. They are not a withdrawal channel.

Minimums

• Crypto assets: $1 minimum.
• JOKR token: 10 JOKR minimum.

The exact minimum for each asset and network is shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm, so check it there.

Step by step

1. Open the Wallet on the web or in the Telegram Mini App. Your account and balance are the same in both places.
2. Choose Withdraw and select the asset and network.
3. Enter or paste your receiving address. You keep one active address per network.
4. Enter the amount, at or above the minimum shown.
5. Review the summary and confirm.

Balances are shown in your display currency, USD by default, which you can change in the Wallet.

Check your address before you confirm

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so a wrong address usually means lost funds. Before confirming:

• Make sure the address belongs to the same network you selected. The same coin can exist on several networks, and they are not interchangeable.
• Copy and paste instead of typing, then compare the first and last characters.
• Use a wallet or account you control. Some services need a memo or tag, so check what yours requires.
• For a first withdrawal to a new address, consider testing with a small amount if the minimum allows.

Processing time and fees

Most withdrawals are processed automatically within a few minutes. Sometimes a manual review is needed, in particular for the first large withdrawals from a recent account. A manual review is completed within 24 hours and in any case within 7 days. After we send the funds, the time to arrive depends on the blockchain network.

JOKR charges no withdrawal fees, and network fees are paid by us. Your wallet provider or the receiving platform may apply its own charges, which we do not control.

Verification and policy

There is no identity verification at withdrawal by default. Checks are requested only in cases of suspected fraud, unusual activity or AML obligations, as described in the AML / KYC Policy.
