Responsible gaming at JOKR

Gambling is entertainment with a cost. Every game at JOKR, except JOKR Ballz, has a house edge, which means that over time the expected result of playing is a loss. This page explains the tools you can apply yourself, the signs to watch for and where to find independent help. Tools you apply yourself, immediately

• Deposit limit — a maximum amount over a rolling 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day window. Setting or lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing it takes effect 24 hours after the request.
• Take a break — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Deposits, bets, games and bonuses are blocked and promotional messages stop; access returns automatically at the end.
• Self-exclusion — 6 months, 1 year or permanent. Same effects as a break; when the period ends the account stays blocked until you reactivate it, effective 24 hours after the request. A permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Account closure — on request to support.

A break or an exclusion cannot be shortened before its end date, even at your request. Any active bonus is cancelled when you apply one. Withdrawals of your remaining balance stay available throughout.

Warning signs

Spending more than planned, chasing losses, playing to escape problems, hiding your play from people close to you, or borrowing to play are signs that gambling is no longer entertainment. If you recognise one of them, set a limit or take a break now, before the next session.
