Fishin Fortunes
NucleusDescription
High [volatility](/guides/volatility) means long stretches of quiet spins can be broken by a few larger hits, and Fishin Fortunes from Nucleus is built that way on a 5-reel, 1024-ways grid. Its top win reaches 5439.72 times the stake, and the free spins round adds a golden fish collection twist.
How to play
The game uses 5 reels with 1024 ways, so matching symbols pay across adjacent reels rather than along fixed lines; the ways system is explained in a separate guide. After choosing a stake, the player spins by hand or sets Autoplay to run a series of spins. Wild and Scatter symbols can appear during the base game, and the free spins round is the main bonus stage. A buy bonus option is also listed, which moves the player straight to a bonus. The slot can be tried in demo mode first and works on phones and tablets too.
Theme and symbols
The setting is fishing, drawn with colorful graphics. The named symbols are the Scatter, the Wild and the Golden fish, the last of which matters most in the bonus round.
Features
Free Spins Collection Bonus: during free spins, golden fish are collected, and each one transforms standard symbols into high value symbols for the rest of the round.
Buy Bonus: an option to purchase entry to a bonus; see the bonus buy guide for how this works in general.
Free Round Bonus: a further bonus round is listed for the game.
Scatter and Wild: the Scatter symbol and the Wild symbol are both part of the symbol set. The maximum win figure of 5439.72 times the bet is the cap on a single result.
