The Quest of Azteca
NucleusDescription
Thirty paylines across five reels form the frame of The Quest of Azteca, a Nucleus slot with medium to high volatility.
How to play
A round begins by choosing the stake and spinning the five reels, where wins are formed along the 30 fixed lines; the guide on paylines and ways explains how such lines are read. Wild symbols substitute within combinations, while Scatters landing on reels 1, 3 and 5 open the Pick Me Free Spins round. Separately, a random Progressive Jackpot reel can appear during play. Autoplay is available for repeated spins, and a free demo lets the game be tried without staking. The slot loads on phones and tablets as well as desktop browsers.
Theme and symbols
The catalogue places this slot in an Ancient Egypt setting. The named symbols are the Wild and the Scatter, and both matter for the main features described below.
Features
Three features shape the game:
- Progressive Jackpot reel: a random reel offering MINI, MINOR, MAJOR and MEGA prizes, in the tradition of jackpot games.
- Walking Wilds: during the Free Spins, Wild symbols move across the reels.
- Pick Me Free Spins: Scatters on reels 1, 3 and 5 trigger this round, in which the player chooses from 4 options. For background on how free spins generally work, see the guide.
With medium to high volatility, results tend to be uneven, with quieter stretches and occasional larger hits. The stated max win figure is the upper limit for a single round. More games from this studio are collected among all Nucleus games.
