Chase for Glory
Pragmatic PlayDescription
Very high volatility means long stretches of quiet spins broken by occasional large swings, and Chase for Glory from Pragmatic Play leans fully into that pattern. This gladiator-themed slot tops out at 7887 times the bet and centres on a free spins round where the player picks a fighter.
How to play
A session begins in the base game, where the player sets the stake and spins while watching for Scatter symbols. Landing at least three Scatters on a single spin opens the free spins round; as an alternative, the round can be bought directly from the base game for 100x the bet through the bonus buy option. Autoplay is offered for automated spins, and the game works on mobile screens.
Theme and symbols
The setting is an ancient Roman arena, with gladiatorial battle as the central image. The named symbols are Scatter, Wild, Coin and Reset, and the bonus round puts four gladiators on screen.
Features
Triggering free spins brings a choice of four gladiators, each with its own spin count and multiplier behaviour.
- Green gladiator: 25 free spins, with Wilds that may carry x2 multipliers.
- Red gladiator: 20 free spins, with chances at x2 or x3 multipliers.
- Blue gladiator: 15 free spins, with chances at x3 or x5 multipliers.
During the bonus, Coin symbols can land on any gladiator's reels and are collected as the round goes on. A Reset symbol sets the coin total of the gladiator holding the most coins back to zero. If the gladiator the player chose finishes with the most coins, winnings from all four gladiators accumulated across the whole bonus are awarded.
The very high volatility and the max win cap of 7887x the stake shape how uneven results can be. More Pragmatic Play games sit in the slots lobby.
