Bass Boss

How to play

Choose a stake, then spin the reels, which use 10 paylines for ordinary line wins. Fish symbols are separate: they can land anywhere, do not need a line, and each carries an Instant Win prize set as a multiple of the stake. During or after a spin the Bass Boss may cast his line, and the hook drops to a random row to collect every fish sitting there. After a cast that finds no fish, or after a Catch!, he may nudge the line to a different row. Autoplay is among the tags for this title, a free demo lets you try the mechanics first, and the game loads on mobile browsers too.

Theme and symbols

The setting is fishing and underwater life. The symbols named for the game are the Fish, the Bass Boss himself and the Contest Spins symbol that opens the bonus round.

Features

Fish Symbols: each fish holds an Instant Win prize based on a stake multiplier.

Catch!: the hook submerges to a random row and collects all fish on it.

Improved Bait: in normal play, random float multipliers of x2, x3, x5 or x10 may apply to the line, multiplying the Instant Win prize of any fish caught while active.

Contest Spins: 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols anywhere trigger 10, 15 or 20 free spins. The hook stays in the water and may move between rows after each spin.

Contest Progress: a progress bar tracks fish caught. Every 8 fish adds 10 more Contest Spins and a float multiplier of x2, x3, x5 or x10 in turn, with up to 4 Retriggers, meaning 40 extra spins. Because of the high volatility, results from this bonus can differ a lot from one round to the next, and the max win figure is a ceiling rather than a typical outcome.
