JOKR Ballz: a ball race where the pot goes to the winner
JOKR Ballz is a race. Every player buys balls at the same fixed price, all balls run on the same track, and the owner of the first ball through the finish takes the entire pot. The house takes nothing from the pot, which is why Ballz is the one Original with no house edge, and also the one that earns no rakeback and does not count towards VIP levels or chests.
How a match plays
- Buy one or more balls at the fixed price shown in the rules below. A match holds up to 100 balls.
- When the match fills, every ball is released on the same track.
- The first ball across the finish wins the match for its owner, who receives every ball in the match times the ball price.
House players (bots) may join with more balls than you. Every ball has exactly the same chance, so your odds are your share of the balls in the match. If no ball finishes within three minutes, the winner is drawn at random, weighted by number of balls.
Why there is no house edge
The pot is the sum of all ball purchases and it goes entirely to the winner. Over many matches, a player who buys a given share of the balls wins that share of the pots. Because nothing is kept by the house, Ballz bets earn no rakeback and are excluded from VIP levels, cashback chests and the weekly and monthly wagering leaderboards, as stated on the Promotions page.
How the race is decided
The race is a server-side physics simulation with non-cryptographic random perturbations. It is not a commit-reveal game and there is no seed to verify; every match is recorded server-side. The distinction between commit-reveal and recorded games is explained on the Fairness & RNG page.
